Matthew Thompson

Matthew Thompson has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as Associate Director - Employee Benefits at Bartlett Group Ltd. Matthew previously worked as a Consultant - Employee Benefits at the same company. Before joining Bartlett Group Ltd, Matthew worked in Corporate Finance roles at Grant Thornton UK LLP and Dow Schofield Watts, where they gained expertise in selling companies, acquisitions, and corporate finance strategy. Prior to that, they worked as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young and as an Audit Senior at Garbutt + Elliott. Matthew began their career as a Trainee Portfolio Manager at Arrive Wealth Management (SEQ) Pty Ltd.

Matthew Thompson attended The University of Sheffield from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance. In 2010, they enrolled in ICAEW and completed the program to become a Chartered Accountant.
