Charles Harvey

Charles Harvey is BHI’s Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for leading BHI’s Finance organization which includes accounting, IT, contracts, treasury and the overall financial operations of the company. In addition to leading the Finance organization, Charles will work closely with AE Industrial Partners and the executive team to drive the growth strategies both organically and through strategic acquisitions.

Charles brings to BHI more than thirty years leading Finance operations in the US and internationally, with experience focused on income improvement, operational efficiencies, and acquisitions. He comes to us from TriMark USA, a $2B private equity owned distribution company where he served as their CFO. Prior to that, he worked with Innocor driving their business turnaround and profit improvement across the organization and also spent 4 years with Henry Schein, Inc. where they completed 28 acquisitions into 10 new countries during his time there as Vice President and CFO.

Earlier in his career, Charles spent 8 years with Honeywell International, Inc. serving as CFO with its Defense, Security and Performance Materials & Technology Groups, where he supported the business development growth strategy and execution and was successful in delivering performance efficiencies and working capital improvements.

Charles holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA in Business Administration from Gordon College. He holds his CPA certification, is a certified Internal Auditor and Information Systems Auditor, and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
