Danielle Gilis is currently the Executive Chef at BM Caterers. Previously, they held the position of Head Chef at The Good Eating Company from 2015 to 2020, and served as a Sous Chef at the Royal Automobile Club from 2008 to 2011, where they managed the kitchen and contributed to menu planning. With a diverse culinary background, Danielle has worked in various establishments such as the Brentwood School and multiple restaurants, showcasing their expertise in kitchen management, staff training, and dish creation. Their culinary journey spans over two decades, with roles ranging from Commis Chef to Head Chef in prestigious kitchens.
