Austin Miller is an experienced professional in recruitment and conservation, currently serving as a Recruiter and Recruiting Administrator at Bartlett Roofing since October 2021. Previously, Austin held the position of Account Executive at DISH Network from October 2020 to May 2021. Austin's background in conservation includes roles such as Trail Supervisor and Youth Conservation Crew Leader at Northwest Youth Corps, where responsibilities included developing logistics, teaching environmental education, and managing trail crews for various projects. Austin began a career in retail as a Sales Associate at REI and holds an Associate of Science degree in Ecotourism & Adventure Travel from Hocking College.

Bartlett Homes & Roofing was founded in 1992 by father, son and uncle trio; Tom, Doug, and Steve Bartlett.
