Andrew Gottsman

Andrew Gottsman is an experienced engineering specialist at Bartlett & West since April 2011, coordinating highway design projects from concept to delivery and leading design efforts on various projects. Previously held positions as a Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer, where contributions included utilizing Bentley Microstation and GEOPAK for roadway project design and providing quality control and construction support for several NDDOT projects. Early in their career, Andrew worked as a Staff Engineer and Field Assistant at Interstate Engineering Inc., providing consulting services and assisting with surveying and construction inspections. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University.
