Jared Huibregtse, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and emergency management. Currently serving as a Business Manager at Bartlett & West since May 2022, Jared also holds the title of Certified Floodplain Manager at the Association of State Floodplain Managers, Inc. since May 2015. Previously, Jared held leadership roles in the North Dakota Army National Guard as Company Commander of the 142nd Forward Support Company, where responsibilities included overseeing the readiness of personnel and managing significant military assets. Jared's expertise extends to water resource planning, having worked with the North Dakota State Water Commission in various capacities from January 2015 until April 2022. Academic credentials include a Master's in Emergency Management from North Dakota State University and an MBA from the University of Mary.
