Kelly Sunderland has extensive experience in the civil engineering field, currently serving as Delivery Leader for Construction Phase Services and Surveying at Bartlett & West since 2007, and is a member of the Joint Leadership Committee. Prior to that, Kelly held multiple leadership roles at BWR from 1983 to 2007, including Construction Phase Services Group Leader, Vice President, and Transportation Team Leader. Kelly also served as Office Manager at Winzler & Kelly from 2000 to 2004. Kelly obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Kansas between 1975 and 1979.
