Dan Taylor

Dan Taylor is a Partner at Bartlit Beck Herman Palenchar & Scott LLP, a position held since October 2013. Prior to this role, Dan served as a Bristow Fellow in the Office of the Solicitor General at the U.S. Department of Justice from July 2012 to July 2013. Dan's judicial experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for the Hon. Jeffrey S. Sutton at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit from July 2011 to July 2012 and for the Hon. Amul R. Thapar at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky from August 2010 to July 2011. Academically, Dan earned a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center between 2007 and 2010 and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University from 2003 to 2007.
