Kate Swift

Kate Swift is a Partner at Bartlit Beck LLP, a position held since October 2009. Prior to this role, Kate served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard D. Cudahy at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit from January 2009 to October 2009, and worked as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from October 2007 to December 2008. Kate's experience also includes serving as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Mark R. Filip at the U.S. District Court from October 2006 to October 2007. Kate Swift earned a Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Chicago Law School in 2006 and holds a Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in French, magna cum laude, from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completed in 1998.
