BARTON International delivers the highest performance industrial garnet and mineral abrasives in the world.

We offer blasting and waterjet abrasives that solve any challenge in waterjet cutting, surface preparation, grinding and polishing.

Specifically developed for waterjet cutting, BARTON waterjet abrasives are as effective on thick steel or titanium as they are on composites, laminates, printed circuit boards, fiber-optic cables and other fragile materials.

Our Mil-Spec and CARB-approved garnet blasting abrasives come in a variety of grades that perform across a range of applications, from pack rust on bridges and ship hulls to mill scale on new steel and projects with less-demanding profile requirements. Operators enjoy maximum productivity and low dusting for superior safety.

Our four-tier abrasive product line offers different levels of value and performance:

ADIRONDACK® Mined and milled in the USA, our world-renowned ADIRONDACK garnet is the most refined hard rock garnet abrasive in the world. Its ever-sharp crystalline structure makes it the fastest, cleanest, most precise blasting and waterjet cutting abrasive available.

ALLTEK™ This globally sourced alluvial garnet abrasive combines superior blasting and waterjet cutting performance with economy. It’s perfect for jobs that don’t require the ultra-high performance of our ADIRONDACK garnet.

FUSION® The newest product in our line of abrasives, FUSION is a custom blend of ALLTEK alluvial garnet and ECOTEK staurolite for a general-purpose abrasive that balances cutting consistency with cost.

ECOTEK® STL This domestically produced waterjet cutting abrasive provides solid cutting performance for customers focused on material costs.

Customers can get genuine OEM and OEM style waterjet parts and accessories shopping online marketplace at store.barton.com.
