The Support and Coordination team at Barton & Gray Mariners Club ensures smooth yacht operations and member experiences. The Harbor Support Yacht Stewardess assists members at harbors, the Yacht Shop Administrator manages yacht supplies, the Human Resources Coordinator handles staffing and employee welfare, and the Crew Coordinator organizes and schedules the yacht crew.
