Scott Weavil

Scott Weavil is an experienced M&A advisor and corporate attorney specializing in middle market transactions. Currently serving as an M&A Advisor at Sierra Pacific Partners since February 2022, Scott provides sell-side advisory services across various industries. Additionally, Scott operates Weavil Law PC, a law firm focused on middle market M&A and healthcare transactions, since June 2013. Scott holds a significant role on the board of Barton Health, contributing as a member of the finance committee since May 2023. Prior roles include M&A attorney positions at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati and Skadden Arps, as well as serving as a law clerk to Vice Chancellor John W. Noble at the Delaware Court of Chancery. Scott earned a BA in Political Science and Government from Duke University and a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School.
