Michele Michaels is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and training analytics, currently serving as the Senior HR Manager (Training & Analytics) at Barton Malow since April 2023. Prior to this role, Michele held various positions at Skanska USA Building Inc. and Skanska USA Inc. from May 1999 to April 2023, including Administrative Manager, Talent Management & Learning Manager, and LMS National Registrar.
