Scott Bahr

Scott Bahr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and engineering roles across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Lean at Barton Malow since May 2019, Scott leads initiatives to teach Lean principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Prior to this role, Scott held various positions at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles where responsibilities included managing long-range portfolio planning and developing infotainment strategies. Additionally, Scott served as a City Councilman for the City of Livonia for eight years, chairing the Finance Committee, and was a member of the Planning Commission. Scott's early career included significant engineering roles at Daimler Chrysler, where achievements included cost-saving innovations in vehicle production. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.
