Ovuru David is a skilled engineering professional with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Niger Delta University, earned between 2009 and 2014. Currently serving as Project Head at Bartum Energy since November 2022, Ovuru has previously held positions as a Service Engineer at Husk Power Systems and an Electrical Engineer at SolarShop Nig Ltd., where oversight of multiple solar projects for both governmental and private sectors was undertaken. Ovuru has also completed the National Youth Service Corps at Progress High School from April 2015 to January 2016 and holds memberships in the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (MNIEEE), along with a registered engineer designation (R.Eng).
