Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel and Board Secretary at Barwon Health since June 2017, along with holding the position of Non-Executive Director at Christian College Geelong and a member of the Finance, Audit and Risk Management Committee at the Australian Conservation Foundation. Katie's prior roles include Director of Corporate Governance at Federation University Australia and various legal positions at Ballarat Clarendon College, Ballarat District Nursing and Healthcare, and Gadens Lawyers, among others. Educated with a BA/LLB from Monash University and additional leadership training, Katie brings a wealth of expertise in legal, risk, and governance matters.
