Dr. Maryam al-Mansoori - Idp-C

Dr. Maryam Al-Mansoori has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Dr. Maryam currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Durham School for Girls Doha since 2023 and Qatar Leadership Academy since 2022. Previously, they worked as the Chief Support Officer at Barzan Holdings starting in 2018.

In 2011, Dr. Al-Mansoori joined Msheireb Properties and held several roles, including Chief Officer of Corporate Planning & Support, Senior Director of Corporate Planning & Support, and Senior Director of Strategy & Excellence. Dr. Maryam was also the Director of Human Resources during their time there.

Dr. Al-Mansoori served as the Chief HR Officer at Sidra Medical & Research Center from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Qatar Foundation from 2008 to 2011.

Their earlier career includes roles at RasGas, where they served as Acting Deputy Manager (HR site) in 2008, Head of Workforce Planning & HR Systems from 2006 to 2008, Senior Workforce Planning Specialist and Senior Planning Analyst in 2006, and Network Analyst from 2001 to 2006.

Dr. Al-Mansoori also had a brief experience as the PR Team Leader at the Permanent Committee for Organizing Conferences in 2005.

Dr. Maryam Al-Mansoori - IDP-C has a diverse educational background spanning various fields and institutions. In 1997, they received their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Qatar University. Dr. Maryam went on to pursue further education and obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2009.

In 2011, Dr. Al-Mansoori enrolled in HEC Paris and completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree, specializing in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, in 2012. Dr. Maryam continued their academic journey at INSEAD and earned a Certificate in Corporate Governance (ICCG) in 2014.

Dr. Al-Mansoori further enhanced their business knowledge by obtaining a Master's degree in Applied Business Research from SBS Swiss Business School in 2018, where they focused on Board Governance, Strategic Management & Leadership. In the same institution, they also completed their Doctorate in Business Administration, specializing in the mentioned areas of study, in 2020.

To stay up-to-date in the rapidly evolving field of strategy and digital disruption, Dr. Al-Mansoori completed the Certified in Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption program at INSEAD Business School in 2017.

Additionally, they hold certifications from Cisco as a Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA) and from CompTIA in i-Net+.
