Nasser al-Obaidan

Nasser Al-Obaidan has extensive work experience in the field of procurement and financial services. Nasser is currently serving as the Corporate Procurement Director at Barzan Holdings since 2019. Prior to this, they held various roles at the same company, including Senior Manager and Manager in the Corporate Procurement department.

Before joining Barzan Holdings, Nasser worked at the Education Above All Foundation as the Head of contracts from 2018 to 2019, and as a Procurement Specialist from 2017 to 2018. Nasser also worked at the Qatar Foundation as a Procurement Specialist from 2015 to 2017.

Nasser started their career at Hamad Bin Khalifa University as a Student Financial Services Officer from 2012 to 2015. Prior to this, they worked at QNB Group as a Customer Relationship Executive from 2008 to 2011.

Nasser Al-Obaidan completed their Government Leaders Program in Leadership from the Qatar Leadership Center in 2019 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Qatar University, between 2003 and 2007. Before university, Nasser attended Ibn Taymiyyahh Secondary School for boys, where they completed their high school education. No specific start or end dates were provided for their high school education.
