Jenifer Piris is a project manager with extensive experience in coordinating and executing technology projects. Previously, they served as Coordinadora de Proyectos at COMTEL S.A., where they oversaw project leaders, monitored performance, and implemented PMBOK methodologies. They held the position of VP of Marketing and Communications at PMI Asunción, Paraguay Chapter, focusing on member relations and branding. Currently, at Banco Basa, they lead the strategy for IT demand management and governance. Jenifer also maintains a blog for project management enthusiasts, sharing insights and knowledge in the field.
