Conrad James

Conrad James has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Conrad began their career at Sprinkler World as a Sprinkler Layout Designer and Inside Sales representative from 2001 to 2003. Conrad then worked at Boy Scouts of America National Parks Council as a Program Director and Backcountry Ski Guide from 1994 to 2005. Following this, Conrad joined Brigham Young University as a Teaching Assistant in 2004. Conrad then transitioned to Mutual Materials Company as a Plant Manager from 2005 to 2013. Conrad later joined Automation Solutions as a Sales Engineer from 2013 to 2014. Currently, Conrad holds the position of Vice President of Manufacturing Engineering & EHS at Basalite Concrete Products, LLC, a role they took on in April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Manufacturing Services at Basalite from 2017 to 2022 and as the Director of Environmental Management System from 2014 to 2017.

Conrad James obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 1998 to 2005.
