Navid Rezaei

Navid Rezaei, MBA, possesses extensive experience in operations and engineering management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Basalite Concrete Products, LLC since November 2013, overseeing Epic Plastics and Simons Brick Company. Previously, Navid held the position of Plant Manager, managing budgets, daily operations, employee training, and product development involving advanced manufacturing processes. Prior experience includes a Senior Engineer role at Zimmer Biomet, where Navid developed innovative medical products and managed engineering processes, and served as Facility Manager at Autoville of Stockton. Navid also worked as General Manager for an AT&T Authorized dealer. Navid holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University-Sacramento and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
