Sally Gazzaz, CIPD Lv.5, has extensive experience in various HR and analytical roles across different industries. Currently, Sally serves as the Head of People Analytics & Continuous Improvement at Basamh Trading & Industries Group. Prior to this, Sally held leadership positions at GoodyCo and Al Salem Johnson Controls. With a background in marketing from the University of Business & Technology, Sally's career has also included roles in product management and as an online fitness coach.
