Peggy Maher-Daniels

Peggy Maher-Daniels is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various management roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Basciani Foods Inc. since August 2023, Peggy has also been an Adjunct Faculty Assistant Professor at Wilmington University since August 2016, teaching graduate-level courses in organizational leadership and human resources management. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at DecisivEdge, LLC, Pettinaro, and Burris Logistics, where Peggy developed HR plans, oversaw employee relations, and managed HR functions for large teams. Consulting experience at HR Partners and HR management at Delaware Federal Credit Union further enhance Peggy's expertise, complemented by a Master of Science in Administration of Justice from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wesley College, Delaware.
