Natalia Martinez-Kalinina

Natalia Martinez-Kalinina is the Co-Founder + COO of Base, a membership club that connects leaders, scholars, and artists through intelligent matching. Natalia is also the Founder & Principal of The NMK Group, focusing on urban/economic development and impact strategy. Prior to this, Natalia led expansion efforts for CIC to Miami and Latin America as the General Manager + Latin America Lead. In the past, Natalia worked in various capacities at companies such as Ultimate Software, Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., and Raices de Esperanza, Inc. Natalia holds a A.B in Psychology, Political Science, Russian from Harvard University and a M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
