Ulrik Kjær

Ulrik Kjær has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. In their current role as Manager of Management Consulting at BASE life science, they are responsible for overseeing consulting projects. Prior to this, Ulrik worked as a PMO and Program Director at US KJAER Consult, where they assisted life science companies in executing strategies and managing large transformation programs. Ulrik also worked as a Project Director at Business in France, where they facilitated the entry of Scandinavian companies into the French market. Ulrik also has experience working at Novo Nordisk, where they held multiple roles including Project Director and Senior PMO & Project Portfolio Manager. Ulrik was responsible for managing expansion projects, establishing project portfolios, and improving project management competency. Additionally, Ulrik served as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Prolock - safety doors, where they contributed to sustainable growth. Earlier in their career, Ulrik worked as a Senior Management Consultant at NNIT and as a SAP consultant and Product Manager at Rockwool A/S.

Ulrik Kjær obtained a Master's degree in Intercultural Management from Copenhagen Business School between 1992 and 1998. Ulrik also pursued an MBA at the University of Ottawa from 1995 to 1996. In addition, they attended The Danish Army School for Officers of the Reserve from 1990 to 1992, focusing on Military Strategy & People Management.
