Andrew doCouto, CPSC, currently serves as a Sales Performance Coach at Base Over Apex Inc. since July 2023, specializing in various aspects of sales training including digital selling, negotiation, and account management. Prior to this role, Andrew held multiple positions at KalTire from April 2004 until retirement in November 2022, including Regional Account Manager and Business Development Manager, where responsibilities included training delivery and development of sales strategies. Earlier experience at Imperial Oil as a Retailer complements Andrew’s extensive background in the automotive sector. Academically, Andrew has obtained a degree in Adult Education from Mount Royal University and holds a Trades Certification as an Automotive Technician from Camosun College.
