Henry (Bao Ngoc) Lee has held various roles in the business consulting, marketing, and customer service industries. Henry (Bao Ngoc) began their career in 2016 as a Digital Marketing Executive at Smart International Corporation, where they were responsible for online marketing, especially social media marketing. In 2017, they moved to Cloud Pillow Studio as a Marketing Executive & Customer Service Manager, where they were responsible for key customer contact and tracking customer service KPI's, as well as remaining $5000 revenue at Work Up platforms in 3 months continuously. In 2020, they joined Base.vn as a Junior Business Consultant, and has since been promoted to Senior Business Consultant and Business Consulting Manager.
