Catherine Campbell-Fetzer

Catherine Campbell-Fetzer has over 30 years of work experience. Catherine began their career in 1989 at ICT Group as the Senior Vice President of Client Services. In 2007, they moved to TRG as the Senior Vice President of Client Services, and then to TRG Customer Solutions in the same role. From 2011 to 2020, they were Vice President of Prospective Assessment Programs & Member Engagement and Senior Vice President of Prospective Assessments and Outreach Operations at PopHealthCare. Most recently, they have been the Vice President of Strategic Operations and Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations at Base10 Genetics since 2020. At each of their positions, they have been responsible for managing accounts, developing sales objectives and strategies, driving new product development, leading production planning and reporting, managing field operations, outreach and provider capacity, analytics, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, provider training risk mitigation, P&L, and improving member outreach and engagement. Catherine has also spearheaded improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and efficiency.

Catherine Campbell-Fetzer attended Thomas Jefferson University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
