Allen Ramirez, MS l PE, currently serves as the Executive Director of Structural Engineering at Base4, where oversight of the engineering department’s daily operations is a key responsibility. With a robust background in structural design and engineering management, Allen previously held roles such as Director of Engineering at R&S Tavares Associates and California Civil Seismic Principles Expert Consultant for the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists. Allen’s experience encompasses leading teams, supervising engineering projects, and developing structural calculations, backed by a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Southern California and UC San Diego, respectively.
