Vedant Nawale is a Structural BIM Engineer at BASE4, working since March 2025 on USA-based residential and commercial structural projects, with a focus on detailed modeling using Revit Structure. Expertise includes developing accurate LOD 300–400 BIM models for wood, steel, and concrete structures, adhering to US codes and standards. Prior experience includes an internship at TheDraftRack, LLC, where knowledge of the Public Land Survey System (PLSS) was gained and training in Patriot Surveys and First Choice Survey techniques was undertaken. Additionally, Vedant served as a Junior Structural Trainee at AS ARCHITECTS for a brief period in early 2023, focusing on data collection, plan drawings, and site visits for design purposes.
