Carrie Konosky is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both the fitness and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Field Support at Self Esteem Brands, LLC, and previously as Field Marketing Manager for Basecamp Fitness, Carrie excels in developing and optimizing local marketing strategies. In the nonprofit arena, Carrie held leadership roles at the Kidney Cancer Association, including President and CEO, where responsibilities encompassed corporate sponsorship management and operational oversight. Carrie's career began at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as a Special Events Coordinator. Educational credentials include an MBA from Penn State University, a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Northwestern University, and a Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Basecamp Fitness is a new studio fitness concept that will push you to your limits and shakes up your workout routine. We use a varying, fitness program that gives you a complete, full-body workout combining efficient cardio AND strength training AND core movements - every class - we take the guesswork out of your workout. Our high-energy, upbeat environment and motivating instructors keep you moving and coming back for more. Basecamp is the only studio that uses an Assault bike and provides weights, as heavy as you choose, to ensure you get the best work out every time. Making You. Stronger. Faster. We currently have 5 studios in California (Burlingame, Santa Monica, San Francisco, West Hollywood & Pasadena) and 2 studios in Minnesota (Minneapolis, Edina).
