Natalja Smirnova has extensive experience in customer success, currently serving as Director of Customer Success at Certara | BaseCase Interactive since February 2018, having also held roles as Customer Success Team Lead and Consultant. Prior to this, Natalja worked at Stratajet from April 2015 to December 2017 in various positions including Operator Relationship Manager and Account Executive.
