Sara Altuna

Sara Altuna is the EA Training Manager at Base. Sara has also worked as an Executive Assistant, People Operations Coordinator, Contractor, Research Assistant, and Editorial Assistant.

Sara Altuna began their career as an Editorial Assistant at Yale University Art Gallery in September 2016. In this role, they were responsible for copy-editing diverse texts for clients and client’s colleagues. Sara also interacted with C-level leadership on CTO’s behalf. In May 2017, they left Yale University Art Gallery to work as a Research Assistant at Yale University. In this role, they assisted in the research and formatting of presentations. Sara also drafted and copy-edited diverse texts for clients and client’s colleagues. In October 2018, they left Yale University to work as a Contractor at Good Money. In this role, they were responsible for Active management of every aspect of personal and professional inbox and calendar. Sara also planned and scheduled work functions, personal engagements, and travel (international and domestic). In May 2019, they left Good Money to work as a People Operations Coordinator at the same company. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the people operations function of the company.

In their current role as EA Training Manager at Base, Sara Altuna is responsible for training executive assistants. Sara is also responsible for Active management of every aspect of personal and professional inbox and calendar. Sara also plans and schedules work functions, personal engagements, and travel (international and domestic).

Sara Altuna began their educational career by earning a bachelor's degree in Theirtory of Art from Yale University.

They are on a team with Heather Davis - EA Training Manager, Ambr Ebenkamp - EA Community Manager. Sara Altuna reports to Jess Presley, EA Training & Community Lead.
