Alex Flournoy

Alex Flournoy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Alex started their career as an Engineering/Field Intern at O'Brien Energy Company in 2005, gaining a better understanding of day-to-day field operations. Alex then worked as an Engineering Intern at O'Brien Energy Company in 2006, where they completed well bore diagrams and post-fracture production analysis.

In 2008, Alex served as a Drilling Engineer Intern/Roughneck at Greywolf Drilling, where they performed daily roughneck duties on a land drilling rig and learned about well operations from the Company Man and Tool Pusher.

From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Marlin Energy Inc, contributing as an intern in the engineering department.

In 2010, Alex joined CSI Compressco, L.P. as a Petroleum Engineer/Salesman, responsible for growing and managing a fleet of 100 GasJack compressors in East TX. Alex then progressed to various roles, including Engineered Solutions Representative, Sales Engineer, and finally Account Manager/Technical Sales, where they focused on growing and managing a fleet of compressors in the Western Region.

From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at J-W Power Company, covering the Rocky Mountain Region and assisting upstream and midstream companies with their compression needs. Alex achieved the highest sales performance in the company.

Since 2018, Alex has been with Baseline Energy Services. Alex started as the Business Development and Operations Manager for the Rocky Mountain and Appalachia Regions, responsible for all business development and operations functions. Alex then progressed to the role of Corporate Development Manager and is currently the Director of Business Development.

Alex Flournoy attended Louisiana State University from 2004 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Petroleum Engineering. Prior to that, they completed their high school education from 2000 to 2004 at C E Byrd High School.
