Curtez(Tez) Hawkins is a Senior Land Use Planner/Project Manager at Baseline Engineering Corporation, with experience in various aspects of land development such as commercial, residential, transportation, and open space development. Prior to this, Tez worked as a Planner for Eagle County Government, focusing on current planning and development review. With a background in transportation planning and experience as a Bike and Pedestrian Planner, Tez brings a diverse skill set to the table. A Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning & Development from Ball State University rounds out Tez's qualifications.
