Sally Elford

Sally Elford has a strong background in urban planning and resource management. With experience at companies like Baseline Group, The Arlington Group Planning + Architecture Inc, and Opus International Consultants Limited, Sally has worked on a variety of community planning projects, land assessments, and development applications. Sally holds a Master's degree in Resource and Regional Planning from the University of Otago, along with an Urban Design Certificate from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Geography from the University of Otago.
