Cassondra Traill has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Cassondra began their career as an Associate in 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the CCO & Director of Operations at Baseline Capital Management. In 2019, they served as the Game Day Operations Manager for the Saanich Braves Jr. B hockey team and as the Director of Real Estate Compliance at 420 Consulting Ltd. From 2016 to 2019, Cassondra worked as the Marketing and Business Operations Manager for the Pickering Panthers Jr. A Hockey team. Their earlier experience includes working as an Associate in Compliance at RPIA, where they developed a regulatory compliant culture and conducted audits.

Cassondra Traill completed their education at Ontario Tech University from 2012 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their field of study was Legal Studies, with a specialty in Human Rights. Prior to attending university, they attended Sir Sandford Fleming College from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Paralegal, focusing on the field of Law.
