Kathrin Choffat

Kathrin Choffat serves as the Head of HR Switzerland and Vice President at The Adecco Group since November 2022, specializing in talent management and global HR leadership. Additionally, Kathrin is a Non-Executive Director at BLKB, where the role includes chairing the Nomination and Compensation Committee. Previously, Kathrin held various key positions at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from January 2014 to November 2022, including Group Head of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, Global Senior Talent Manager, and Global HR Business Partner, demonstrating a strong track record in leadership development and cultural change initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant & Associate at Strategy&, a member of the PwC network. Kathrin Choffat earned a CEMS Master in International Management from HEC Paris and further studies with the CEMS Global Alliance in Management Education.
