Matias Kangasjärvelä started their work experience in January 2015 at Afterlife Entertainment as a Programmer. Matias worked in this role until August 2015. In November 2017, they joined Basemark as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for implementing a directed acyclic graph based low-level rendering abstraction in Vulkan/OpenGL, as well as low level graphics abstraction implementation and design.
Matias Kangasjärvelä pursued their education in a systematic and progressive manner, aiming to gather advanced skills and knowledge. Matias began their educational journey in 2009 at Raahen Porvari- ja Kauppakoulu, where they earned a Vocational Qualification in Business Information Technology. This provided him with a solid foundation in the field and paved the way for further studies.
In 2012, Matias enrolled in the Kajaani University of Applied Sciences (KAMK), where they dedicated himself to acquiring a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology. This five-year program spanned from 2012 to 2017, during which Matias delved deeper into their chosen field and acquired comprehensive theoretical and practical expertise.
Throughout their educational endeavors, Matias exhibited a keen interest in the technological aspect of information, allowing him to develop a strong grasp of cutting-edge technologies and their applications.
