Kevin Koval

Kevin Koval has a diverse work experience, starting in 1998 when they became the President of Adirondack Basement Systems and Adirondack Basement Systems, Inc. In 2010, they took on the role of Director at Crescent Boat Club. Then, in 2012, they became the President of Toepic, LLC and later served as the President of Crescent Gateway Properties, LLC starting in 2015. Kevin's work experience demonstrates their leadership skills and ability to take on different roles in different industries.

Kevin Koval attended Hudson Valley Community College from 1990 to 1992, where they obtained an Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) degree in Electrical. In addition to their formal education, Kevin also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1998, they became a Certified Basement Waterproofer through Basement Systems Inc. In 2006, they obtained an Open Water Scuba Diver certification from PADI. In 2009, Kevin became a Radon Mitigator through NYS and a Student Pilot through FAA. In 2011, they obtained certifications as a Joint Pilot and Engineer from NYS, a 50-ton Inland Master Mariner from USCG, a Marine Tow Vessel Operator from USCG, and an Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessel-Near Coastal from USCG.
