Nidhi Hiremath

Nidhi Hiremath is a Machine Learning Engineer currently at Baseten since July 2025. Previously, Nidhi served as a Senior Software Engineer focused on NLP at SambaNova Systems and as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Cruise, specializing in Behaviors AI. Nidhi began a career at LogMeIn, initially as a Machine Learning Intern before advancing to a Machine Learning Engineer role, where significant contributions included building and deploying machine learning models for text classification and data cleaning pipelines. Early work experience includes positions as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at UC Santa Barbara and a Research Fellow at NeuroLex Labs, addressing Parkinson's Disease diagnosis through audio data analysis. Nidhi holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from RV College of Engineering.
