Andy Chen

Andy Chen is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in IT service delivery, digitalization, and project management. Currently serving as the Local Leader and Digitalization Implementation Manager at BASF since May 2021, Andy is also the Product Owner for ECM. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager at Cognizant, where responsibilities included managing IT services for Cargill in the APAC region and driving team growth. At Beyondsoft, Andy oversaw the Microsoft offshore site in Xi’An, managing operations, human resources, and financials. Previous positions encompassed project management at STD, global application service dispatching at SIG Combibloc, and software engineering roles at StarCite and SAP. Andy holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor's degree in Information Management from Nanjing University.
