Baris Gungoren

Baris Gungoren is a highly experienced professional in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Global Overseas Delivery Services for EMEA at BASF since March 2008. Over the years, Baris has held multiple leadership roles within BASF, including Head of Domestic Delivery Services, Head of Business Services for the Middle East & Egypt, and Head of Supply Chain & Information Management for both the Middle East & Egypt and Turkey. Prior to joining BASF, Baris worked at Sandoz as the Direct Purchasing Category Coordinator and gained experience as a Sourcing Engineer at AREVA T&D. Baris holds a Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
