They have previously held roles such as Seeds Security Manager and Lubbock Facility Services Manager at Bayer Crop Science, focusing on security management, site safety, and operational budget planning. Earlier in their career, Bill worked in sales and technical support at Sprint and served as a First Line Manager at AT&T, developing customer service teams and managing billing systems.
