Brent Collins

Brent Collins serves as the Head of Seeds & Traits for Canada at BASF, where they oversee the operations and strategic direction of the InVigor canola business and collaborate on the development of BASF's Ideltis Hybrid Wheat technology. With over 27 years of experience in agriculture, Brent holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Agricultural Engineering and a Master of Science in Agronomy from the University of Saskatchewan. Previously, they held various roles at companies such as AgrEvo Canada Inc., Ducks Unlimited Canada, and Bayer Crop Science. In addition to their professional responsibilities, Brent is a board member of Seeds Canada and actively represents BASF at the Canada Grains Council, contributing to advancements in seed research and agronomy.
