Bryan Bair

Bryan Bair is an accomplished professional in the agricultural industry with extensive experience in operations, sales, and business development. Currently serving as Head of Operations and Country Sales Manager at BASF since August 2018, Bryan supports a specialized sales team for fruits and vegetable seeds across the US and Canada, focusing on driving company targets and positively impacting growers. Prior to this role, Bryan was involved with Bayer CropScience Vegetable Seeds from February 2012 to August 2018, where responsibilities included selling high-quality vegetable seeds and providing exceptional market intelligence and service. Earlier experiences include positions at Keithly-Williams Seeds as a Product Development Specialist and a Business Development Consultant at The Maize Inc., where mentoring and business support were key components. Bryan began a career in agriculture as a Farm Manager at Bair Farms LLC, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Bio-Agribusiness Management-Crop Emphasis from Brigham Young University.
