Darya Moshynska

Darya Moshynska is currently a Global DEI Partner at BASF, where they design and manage DEI strategies and provide internal consulting services. Previously, they served as a Change Manager and HR Business Partner at Danone, leading regional engagement projects and handling talent management across various regions. Darya has also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at InterSearch and in HR roles at PUMA Group and Danone Medical Nutrition. They hold a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Foreign Policy from Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University, along with additional coursework in German Language and Literature.
