Durba Ghoshal

Durba Ghoshal has held several prominent positions in the field of agricultural science and biotechnology, including roles at BASF from January 2007 to December 2013, where titles included Global Head of Regulatory Method Development and Senior Group Leader for Seed & Trait Safety. Following BASF, Durba worked at Bayer CropScience as a Senior Group Leader from December 2013 to July 2018. Prior to these roles, Durba gained valuable experience as a Visiting Scientist at Maxygen and completed postdoctoral research at the University of Minnesota Duluth and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) focusing on topics such as salt stress and biochemistry. Academic credentials include a postdoctoral degree in salt stress, carbon concentration mechanism from the University of Minnesota Duluth and another postdoctoral degree in biochemistry from IISc.
