Gary Yacobian

Gary Yacobian is a retired Research Manager in Solids Chemical and Process Engineering at BASF, where they contributed to advancements in process technology. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Process Engineer and later as a Process Engineering Manager at BASF focused on lithium-ion battery cathode materials. They also held a position as an Operations Engineer at General Electric and spent years at Engelhard Corporation as a Senior Process Engineer in chemical catalysts. Gary holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
