Hector Flores

Hector Flores is a seasoned professional in the automotive refinishing industry with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Regional Training Instructor at BASF since September 2014, Hector focuses on training and coaching both internal and external customers while ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Prior to this role, Hector worked at Vogel Automotive Coatings for a decade as a Marketing & Technical Support specialist, emphasizing brand development and project management. Hector's career began at Universal Paint Distributor, Inc., where responsibilities included managing retail and wholesale operations for automotive paint products. Additionally, as a Technical Sales Representative at Marson Sales, Inc., Hector contributed to brand development and provided technical support. Hector holds an Associate's degree in Mathematics from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Puerto Rico and Universidad de Puerto Rico.
